Orchards and Greenhouses v 1.0

Extensive package of placeable production points and other placeables and related components all working together.
Orchards producing fruits. Advanced greenhouses that require more attention for bigger productivity and with new fruits.
Fruit and vegetable processing plant, Farmers market sell point, Compost silo and other components.

Orchards
– Works as standard production point.
– Require water, fruit and vegetable fertilizer and compost to produce: apples, pears, apricots or plums.
– Apples, apricots and plums can be sold or further processed in Fruit and vegetable processing plant for bigger profit.
– Pears can be only sold directly in the Farmers market.
– Price: 10,000 $
– Daily upkeep: 50 $

Advanced greenhouses
– Similar to the base game greenhouses but with additional requirements for bigger yield and additional fruits to grow.
– Available as large, medium and small size variants.
– Require water, fruit and vegetable fertilizer and compost to produce: tomatoes, lettuce, strawberries, green pepper, cucumbers, onions and watermelons.
– Byproduct of Advanced greenhouses is organic waste. This can be used in compost silo to make compost.
– Tomatoes, strawberries and cucumbers can be sold or further processed in Fruit and vegetable processing plant for bigger profit.
– Small amount of green pepper and onions are required in recipes of the Fruit and vegetable processing plant, but majority of it can be sold in Farmers market.
– Lettuce and watermelons can be only sold directly in the Farmers market.
– Price: Large greenhouse – 11,000 $. Medium greenhouse – 6,000 $. Small greenhouse – 4,000 $.
– Daily upkeep: Large greenhouse – 100 $. Medium greenhouse – 50 $. Small greenhouse – 30 $.

Fruit and vegetable processing plant
– Can further process fruits and vegetables produced in the orchards and greenhouses for bigger profit.
– Products: Apple juice, strawberry juice, apricot jam, plum jam, ketchup and pickles.
– Some recipes require also sugar.
– Made products can be sold in the Farmers market.
– Byproduct is organic waste. This can be used in compost silo to make compost.
– Price: 80,000 $

Compost silo and compost
– Compost is produced in compost silo and is required in the orchards and greenhouses.
– Ingredients to make compost: Organic waste, straw, grass, hay or alternatively, if you want, you can use also sugarbeet, sugarbeet cut, potato, sugarcane, grape, olive, chaff and manure.
– Dump required materials in the compost silo, compact it and cover the pit, compost will be made within 24 hours in-game time.
– Price: 25,000 $
– Daily upkeep: 25 $
– Alternatively compost can be purchased in shop, packed in bigbags.
– Compost bigbag price: 250 $
– Compost bigbag capacity: 1,000 l

Fruit and vegetable fertilizer
– An IBC tank, is required in the orchards and greenhouses and must be purchased in shop.
– Tank price: 2,900 $
– Tank capacity: 2,000 l

Farmers market
– Placeable selling station where you can sell all the products from this mod pack.
– All products in this pack are included in PRODUCT fillTypes category so any selling station on any map acceping this category will accept also products from this pack.
– If there is no selling station accepting products from this pack on the map you play, this is the alternative solution.

How to install FS22 Buildings?
Firstly find a mod which you like and want to download. Then download a mod to your PC. Mods are usually in .zip format file. But sometimes it can be in .rar. If a mod file is a .zip format no needed additional actions. If a file is in .rar, then you must unarchive mod with software like WinRar or Zip7. Windows 10 users no need to use software for archives, Win10 itself has a feature to unarchive files.
The next step is to find mods folder in your PC. Usually, it is in Documents/My Games/Farming Simulator 22/2022. Open the "mods" folder and put downloaded .zip archive or unarchived .rar file to this folder.
