Improved Repair Costs v 0.2.0.0
The Age and Operating Hours of a Vehicle/Machine are included in the Calculation of the Repair Costs.
A Vehicle/Machine does not get damage so quickly.
Version 0.2.0.0:
* Reduced Painting Costs (customizable in lua)
* Wear over Time increases more slowly (adjustable in lua)
* Damage Points added to a Vehicle or Machine over Time are now actually reduced. In the previous version 0.1.0.0 the damage was only adjusted for the output / query
* As a Result, after the update to Version 0.2.0.0 of the Mod, the damage values are probably Higher than before with Mod Version 0.1.0.0
